Sherlita Blanks Windham will host a program titled “I Am Powered” in association with World AIDS Day at 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Elmo Baptist Church in Laurel.
There will be free HIV testing along with education, inspirational speakers and spiritual entertainment to help raise awareness of the disease, stop the number of new infections and reduce the stigma.
